Single Cell & Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis course Will Be Held Jun 25- Jul 13, 2026 at CSHL, Applications Due Mar 27
Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is hosting the Single Cell & Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis course, June 25-July 13. This intensive two-week course trains students in state-of-the-art wet-lab methods for single-cell analysis and builds foundational skills in bioinformatic handling of single-cell data. Each module is delivered by scientists specializing in different aspects of single-cell research.
Topics include:
- Droplet-based single cell RNA-seq using RNA Flex Technology.
- Single cell Imaging using Single cell Transcriptomics And Multimodal Profiling though imaging (STAMP) using Xenium Technology.
- Spatial Transcriptomics of tissues using Visium HD
- Single-Cell Western blot
- Single-Cell Mass Spectrometry
- Photoactivatable probes
- Introduction to Bioinformatics (R/Python)
- Single-Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics Bioinformatics
Applications are due by March 27. For more information visit the course website.
